At MemorySnap, we want every customer to have the best possible experience. We understand that plans change, and we’re here to support you when they do. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
✅ 7-Day Change of Mind Guarantee
If you change your mind within 7 days of purchasing your MemorySnap gallery and have not yet used it, you’re entitled to a full refund, provided we haven’t printed your QR codes.
✅ Cancelled Event
If your event is cancelled, you’re eligible for a full refund, or you can choose to pause your gallery and use it for a future event.
To request a refund, simply email us at support@memorysnap.co.uk. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.
After Your Event
If your event has already taken place and you’ve used your MemorySnap gallery (i.e. guests have uploaded content), refunds are typically not available. However, we encourage you to get in touch with our team at events@memorysnap.co.uk—we’ll always do our best to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you’re thinking about raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. Our support team responds within 24–48 hours, and most issues are resolved quickly without needing to involve your card provider.
⚠️ Once a chargeback is initiated, we cannot process a refund directly.
